DESCRIPTION
We are describing a house together with a large plot of 660 m2 in a privileged area, with a small swimming pool and plenty of space around it to sunbathe or enjoy the setting sun over the bay of Port d’Andratx with a bottle of Mallorcan wine.
The house has a double entrance, actually three; either the main entrance via a terrace of approx. 11m2 and access to the living room, from the side directly into the kitchen or through the direct entrance up the steps to the pool or garden. Another lockable driveway, also by car, is located in the upper part of the garden.
The ground floor has a bathroom with a shower cabin. The rooms are equipped with air conditioners hot/cold, and there is also a fireplace in the kitchen. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds and an exit up to the pool. From there we climb a few steps and reach the part that makes the house special and unique: a small cistern transformed into a pool, a terrace, and a large area that further up offers easy closed access to the car. The view of Port d’Andratx and the rest of the middle town is beautiful. Idyllic for lovers of peace and nature without being too far from the city.
